You will be paid in biweekly installments and subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law or in accordance with the company's standard payroll practices.

Paid Time Off ( PTO)
You are eligible for 28 PTO days per year which are accrued at 8.09 hours per pay period.
UBMD Family Medicine (UBMDFM) contributes towards the cost of group health, dental and vision coverage with the employee being responsible for the difference. The employer contribution and the provided health insurer may vary from year to year. Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following the first day of employment.
Employer-paid life insurance policy in the amount of $75,000.

401(k) Retirement Plan
Eligible to participate immediately in the 401(k) through payroll deduction. You will be eligible to participate in the pension plan after successful completiton of one year of continuous service and 1,000 hours of service. Ten percent (10%) of your gross salary is deposited into funds that you choose.
