I have previously carried out Master’s level research on the culture, differentiation, and characterization of cardiac myocytes derived from embryonic stem cells (ESCs) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). I have also had a significant amount of quantitative training in my Chemical and Biomedical engineering degrees. My thesis work involves, learning new skills including electrophysiology and mathematical modeling of ion channels.
