At this session we will discuss two manuscripts:

• “The Positive Predictive Value of a Single Assessment of Glomerular Filtration Rate under 60mL/min in the Diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease” by Nikhil Satchidanand, PhD, and colleagues from the NIDDK-funded TRANSLATE CKD R01.

• “Implementing Preventive Telemonitoring for Primary Care Diabetes Patients: Telemonitoring Staff Perspectives” by Bonnie Vest, PhD, and colleagues from the BEACON evaluation team.

The manuscripts are attached for those of you who wish to review before our session.
