We are seeking presenters/discussants to present at the forum November through June. Presenters can be a doctor, resident, student, researcher, patient, policy person, or any other interested party. The domains can include:

• clinical skills
• teaching
• scholarship
• academic career development
• practice management
• leadership skills
• topics related to the Patient Centered Medical Home
• a challenging case
• new guideline or treatment you would like to discuss
• information about a new law or regulation that impacts primary care or any other primary care topic

If you are interested in presenting a topic, your research or anything else that fits into the domains listed above, please let me know which date is convenient for you along with your presentation title or topic. The dates are:

November 5, 19 - Open
December 3, 17 – Open
January 7, 21 - Open
February 4, 18 - Open
March 3, 17 - Open
April 7, 21 – Open
May 5, 19 - Open
June 2, 16 - Open
