Dr. Gale Burstein will discuss the opioid epidemic in Erie County and across the U.S. Dr. Rick Blondell, a nationally recognized addictions expert, and Mr. Nick Gazzolli, an experienced addictions counselor, will discuss the management of patients. Students will then break into small groups to learn about team-based care and discuss the problem of opioid dependence.
