Price changes and nutrient profiling among adult grocery shoppers

The purpose of the research is to examine the association between price changes, nutrient profiling, and grocery food purchases. Participants will complete an online grocery shopping task during the appointment. They will be instructed to shop for the products they usually purchase during typical weekly household grocery shopping using a laboratory based computer program.

We will recruit the primary household grocery shopper, 19 years of age or older. Household must include one or more child between the ages of 2 and 18.

Participants will complete 1 session, lasting approximately 2 hours, at the Division of Behavioral Medicine Laboratory on the University at Buffalo south campus.

Participants will be reimbursed for their participation in the study.
