This training program aims to increase resident and medical student training (time spent and number of trainees) in eleven freestanding ambulatory care sites in the Western New York region.
The overall mission of this project is to strengthen the primary care workforce by supporting population health models of care for future primary care physicians to address in underserved areas across the region.
