The NAVIGATE Project: A Case-Study Approach to Overcoming Barriers to Advancement for Women in STEM

This study aims to provide women in STEM tools to recognize and address bias and discrimination in an attempt to bring more women into STEM disciplines and increase women in leadership positions. Students participate in a 4 four day retreat and a one day workshop. Case studies are used to facilitate discussion.

For those who aspire to and achieve leadership roles within STEM fields, through an innovative graduate training program that uses case study methods to develop the skills needed to overcome workplace adversity caused by bias, inequity and discrimination.
