October 23, 2017 First Faculty and Leadership Subcommittee Meeting.
Appoint sections of the DCI to the appropriate members of the subcommittee.
October 2017
FAL appointed a Student Team to administer Student Survey.
November 2017– January 2018 Student Team and subcommittees reviewed and added questions to the Student Survey.
Subcommittee could submit requests to FAL for information needed to complete DCI.
February 1, 2018
Student Survey was opened for student body to complete.
March 2, 2018
Student Survey was closed.
March 16, 2018 Data from Student Survey was compiled and submitted to FAL.
March 20, 2018 Data from Student Survey distributed by FAL to subcommittees for inclusion in DCI.
March 20-April 3, 2018 Subcommittees analyzed data provided in DCI and complete self-study reports.
April 2018 Subcommittees submited final reports to FAL and presented findings to Self-Study Taskforce.
Student Team submited ISA report to FAL and presented findings to Self-Study Taskforce.
May-September 2018 Self-Study Task Force reviewed and analyzed reports submitted by subcommittees and Student Team.
Prepared the self-study summary report.
Implemented changes to correct issues identified in self-study process.
October 2018 Mock Site Visit and critique of DCI and Self Study Report
October – December 2018 FAL updated DCI, DCI appendices and self-study summary report with current information. Reviewed package for consistency and accuracy.
January 14, 2019 FAL submitd survey package to LCME.
March 2019 FAL submited bundle of updates to LCME.
April 7-10, 2019 LCME Site Visit.
May 2019 Await final report from Site Visit Team.
June 2019 School submits response to report.
June 2019 Final Site Visit Report and school response submitted to LCME for final consideration.
October 2019 LCME convenes and determines accreditation status of school.
