Registered Participants should arrive at Buffalo State University no later than 10:00 a.m. The parade begins at 11:00 a.m. and marches down Elmwood Avenue from Forest Avenue to Allen Street. Jacobs Community that has not registered can cheer from the sidelines along the parade route
