Health Insurance

In alignment with the changes for Fall 2024, the University at Buffalo (UB) will no longer provide the domestic health insurance plan to our students, and the mandate for health insurance coverage will no longer apply to domestic students attending UB.

However, it's important to note that the MD program and the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences continue to mandate all medical students to maintain health insurance coverage throughout their enrollment.
