I am a board-certified family medicine physician with UBMD Primary Care in Buffalo, New York and a graduate of the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. I bring over 23 years of experience in self-employed private practice, where I built a thriving, high-quality practice supported by an exceptional staff.
I serve as the Medical Director at this office location, UBMD Primary Care at MedWell, in Lockport, NY. I provide comprehensive, relationship-centered care for older children, adolescents, adults and elderly adults, with clinical interests in preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and whole-person well-being.
I am known for my down-to-earth, approachable, and thorough style. I take the time to listen and understand each patient’s needs and goals working together as a partner in their care. I have a strong philosophy that the family medicine doctor can and should work to address the whole of patient’s health needs while collaborating with specialists when appropriate.
My procedural expertise includes joint injections, skin biopsies, incision and drainage, cyst removal, cryotherapy, foreign body removal, and aesthetic injectables.
As Vice Chair of Clinical Quality for UBMD Primary Care, I lead initiatives to improve measurable quality health metrics, focusing on process and policy efficiency, patient experience, and the highest-quality care to achieve the best health outcomes for our patients.
