Medical Alumni Association
The Jacobs Medical Alumni Association represents nearly 15,400 alumni (all degrees) of our school, some 4,000 of whom reside in the eight counties of Western New York.
Our Mission
The Jacobs School Medical Alumni Association mission is to cultivate lifelong relationships between alumni and the Jacobs School; promote engagement through mentorship, networking, and service; champion educational excellence and innovation; and support the school's advancement priorities through advocacy, volunteerism and philanthropy.
The Medical Alumni Association (MAA) proudly sponsors a broad spectrum of programs and activities aimed at connecting and supporting our medical and biomedical alumni, students and residents.
Each year we present a Distinguished Medical Alumnus Award to an MD and PhD graduate of our school who is recognized nationally or internationally for his or her outstanding contributions to medicine and the biomedical sciences, the arts or the humanities.
