The Medical Alumni Association and the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences invite you to submit nominations.

Criteria include, but are not limited to, evidence of the following:

• Outstanding achievement as a physician/biomedical scientist
• Personal leadership in the advancement of the medicine/biomedical sciences
• Community service and teaching
