Professional Summary:
I am a clinician-scientist. I completed my Ph.D. at Hacettepe University in Turkey and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Bioscience Research in 2016. My research focuses on regenerative endodontics where we want to achieve predictable tissue regeneration in the root canals for the treatment of necrotic immature permanent teeth. I have extensive expertise in research and clinical endodontics. I have been involved in peer-review activities for international dental journals. I have mentoring research activities for many undergraduate and graduate students during their clinical and research activities. I currently have 48 published articles in prestigious and respected journals including Tissue Engineering, Journal of Endodontics and International Endodontic Journal.
