Lectures with AirMedia

AirMedia, by Crestron Electronics, is a wireless presentation platform available in classrooms and meeting spaces on campus. AirMedia enables students, faculty, and staff to connect instantly and share materials wirelessly to a projector or screen from their personal devices. 

Connection Steps

  1. On the teaching station or wall-mounted Crestron touchscreen, select Wireless Presentation -- an IP address will appear on the monitor/projection screen, along with a four-digit code
  2. Open a web browser on your device and navigate to the IP address shown on the touchscreen
  3. Download and launch the Crestron AirMedia application. If it is the first time you are launching the app, click Allow to run the app
  4. Verify the IP address shown on the screen
  5. Enter the four-digit code shown on the touchscreen
  6. Close the Crestron AirMedia application when you are done presenting
