Reunion Giving

Support the Buffalo Primary Care Initiative

Jacobs School exterior.

We invite you to consider making a reunion gift to the Buffalo Primary Care Initiative, a program supporting students pursuing primary care fields—Family Medicine, OBGYN, and Internal Medicine—in response to the severe shortage of physicians in Buffalo’s underserved East and West Side communities. To help achieve Dean Brashear’s vision, New York State will also match 50% of any endowment gift of $10,000 or more available through April 2026.

This fund will provide full tuition for four medical students who commit to practicing in these communities for at least five years after completing training

Gifts may be made during registration, pledged or given online

Every contribution counts toward your class goal and helps UB attract top medical students with competitive scholarship support.

Your class can make a lasting impact today!

Celebrate your legacy with a reunion-year gift and make a meaningful impact. Our sincere thanks go to the Reunion celebrants who have already shown their support for the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences through their reunion gifts and pledges.
