Professional Summary:

Dr. Clark is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice. His clinical practice focuses on transitions of care at Buffalo General Medical Center, where he participates in care of patients with cardiovascular and metabolic diseases and oversees a layered-learning practice model with student pharmacists and pharmacy residents.

Dr. Clark is a pharmaceutical health services and outcomes researcher. His research focus centers on the implementation and assessment of pharmacist provided clinical services. He has a particular interest in studying the pharmacist’s role in transitional care management across the continuum of care and medication optimization strategies for older adults with complex medical conditions.

Member of Team Alice, an interprofessional initiative to protect older adults from medication related harm.
