Diane Berdine is a seasoned grants and program administrator with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, criminal justice, and integrated care systems. She currently leads evidence-based initiatives for adult drug treatment courts and reentry programs in Erie County, including projects funded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance and SAMHSA. Diane has played a key role in implementing the MISSION-CJ model to support individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Her work focuses on trauma-informed practices, peer-led interventions, and improving access to recovery services. She has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on justice-involved populations and frequently presents at national conferences on therapeutic jurisprudence and behavioral health integration.
