Dr. Caldwell is an attending physician in the UBMD Department of Emergency Medicine. She also holds the position of Associate Program Director for the UB Emergency Medicine Residency and is the Emergency Medicine Site Director for the Veterans Association Medical Center (VAMC) in Buffalo. Dr. Caldwell has focused interest in resident education and simulation and is the UB Emergency Medicine Simulation Director. Her other areas of interest include alumni affairs, social media outreach and women's health in emergency medicine.
