Professional Summary:

Dr Sieminski worked as a community emergency physician at Millard Fillmore Suburban hospital before joining the faculty of the Emergency Medicine Residency in 2012. In his time at UBMD Emergency Medicine he has served as the Residency Coordinator for the Buffalo VA Emergency Department as Associate Medical Director of the Buffalo General Medical Center Emergency Department from 2016 to 2022. He has spearheaded initiatives to create and manage a successful Provider in Triage/Vertical Flow system at Buffalo General as well as overseeing quality and compliance in the areas of Sepsis, Radiology utilization and Mass Casualty Preparedness. Currently Dr Sieminski serves as Simulation Faculty, overseeing resident simulation labs and procedure courses at the UB Behling Simulation Center.
