Obstetrics and Gynecology
My focus as a general obstetrician and gynecologist is rooted in my strong desire to provide comprehensive Women’s Health care. This ranges from both high-risk and low-risk obstetric care, including vaginal and cesarean deliveries, to annual gynecologic exams. I am also interested in treating multiple gynecologic conditions and performing minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgeries. My goal is to build rapport and trust, and to establish continuity with all of my patients so that I may provide them with the highest level of care. I will provide services at both Oishei Children’s Hospital and Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital. Additionally, I will see clinic patients in the Conventus building, adjacent to Oishei Children’s Hospital.
I completed my residency training in Buffalo and am looking forward to continuing to care for patients in this great community. Since embarking on international health trips in college and medical school to Honduras and Belize, I have been passionate about the care of diverse populations. The diversity of the patient population in the Buffalo metro area presents unique, daily challenges that are rewarding and enrich the practice of Women’s Health.
I am also passionate about education. An academic medical career with UBMD allows me to participate in the education of resident and medical students. But in addition to educating the next generation of doctors, my passion for education extends to teaching my patients, such that they are able to make informed decisions about, and take an active role in, their healthcare.
