The Offices of Graduate Medical Education and Continuing Medical Education are partnering with the Royal College of Physicians to offer an exciting opportunity to approximately 35 UB Faculty members who have been identified as being interested in enhancing their skills as educators.

The Royal College of Physicians Faculty Development Program is planned in two stages. Stage one will consist of clinical teaching and feedback skills and Stage two will cover generic teaching skills, assessment, and trainees with difficulty. All participants are required to attend all sessions and complete an education project as a component of the training. A Peer Support Network will assist participants in completing this goal.
