Core Facilities

Electron Microscopy Lab

transmission electron microscope

Our facility enables researchers to obtain transmission electron microscope images of materials, polymers and biological samples.

Electron microscopy is provided by the Department of Pathology and Anatomical Sciences.

Faculty, trainees, students and other researchers visit our facility when their work requires technology for high resolution thin section work and biological specimen preparation.

Education and Training

Our facility is available to assist investigators in routine sample preparation for transmission electron microscopy analysis.

We also offer training and project consultation.

Instrumentation
