I would love to teach a class on the current boom in antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) for cancer treatment. This field has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past few years, with exciting breakthroughs across multiple cancer types that have significantly expanded the therapeutic potential of ADCs. The combination of targeted antibody delivery and highly potent payloads has made ADCs one of the most dynamic and promising areas in oncology today.
For required reading, I would recommend “Exploring the Next Generation of Antibody–Drug Conjugates” by Kyoji Tsuchikama and colleagues. It provides an excellent overview of the field and highlights many of the innovations that are driving the next wave of ADC development.
