I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. I completed my undergrad at the University at Buffalo in pharmacology and toxicology.
I then went on to complete my medical training at Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland.
Growing up in Buffalo, my dream was to finish training and work in the community I grew up in.
The residency program at UB provides me with diverse training amongst six different clinical sites and exposure to a wide variety of cases.
During my fourth year of medical school, I was able to complete a one-month elective at Buffalo General Medical Center, where I had the opportunity to work with many of the anesthesiologists within the Kaleida Health system. This provided me with a great platform to develop key relationships and build a foundation within the system.
Along with this, the UB anesthesiology residency program offers mentorship groups where I have the pleasure of learning from Rajeev Krishnaney-Davison, MD, and upper-year residents on intern-year advice and the transition to CA-1 year.
