Bendesh Patel, DO, MS

The residency program offers a wide clinical experience allowing residents to rotate through 6 hospitals ranging from tertiary care hospitals to rural hospitals including the VA and a Level 1 Children's hospital. This allows residents to work with a wide range of Emergency Medicine physicians developing their own practice styles.

There are EMS, Ultrasound and Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowships which give residents access to very talented faculty who are all committed to teaching.

Having been born and raised in Chicago the food scene was something I looked for and Buffalo has lots to offer!

The weather here is not as bad as people think (it's actually worse in Chicago) and the summers here are beautiful with lots of outdoor things to do.

Major cities like Toronto are close by and the airport will get you to any destination you need quickly.
