Rachel Engelberg, MD ’18

The summer research internship was a great opportunity for me between my first and second years of medical school.

It was my first experience with bench research and I developed valuable skills in regards to generating a hypothesis, designing a study, and collecting and analyzing data.

The program offered me the chance to present and publish research, which greatly helped my applications for residency.
