Clinical Assistant Professor
What stood out to me was not just the range of cases — from bread-and-butter procedures to rare, complex reconstructions — but also the people. The residents and faculty created a culture where learning was collaborative, not competitive, and that made all the difference in my growth. Now, as a faculty member, I work to maintain and strengthen that culture, encouraging open discussion, teamwork, and shared learning so our residents benefit from the same supportive environment that shaped me.
