How to Succeed

  • Use your resources. UB has plenty of extra support for tutoring, physical/mental wellness, and more. Take advantage of all the free tools at your disposal!
  • Reach out early. Don't wait until the last minute to get help. Whether it's one assignment or a whole chapter, help is most effective when you ask as soon as possible.
  • Make connections. Your mental health is a key element of success. Making new friends gives you opportunities to have fun and lets the stress melt away!
