Accepted Students
We will help you succeed: you will gain valuable research experience, have a strong support network and gain valuable knowledge and skills that will put you on track to enter our medical school after you graduate.
As an accepted student, you will participate in clinical and/or basic research, educational and professional development activities at the Jacobs School during the summer session, most likely between your junior and senior years.
Research Experience
You will participate in a summer research experience in UB's CLIMB program.
In your CLIMB experience, you will conduct clinical or biomedical research in laboratories with our physician scientists and research faculty.
Peer Mentoring
We will connect you with a current medical student, who can advise you on the medical school application process, taking the MCAT, life as a medical student and life in Buffalo.
You will also be able to interact with fellow EOPIM applicants and current medical students.
