The Core Curriculum Design Team begins developing a plan after the discovery period.
Working groups met frequently throughout 2021, coming together periodically to share progress as they:
- performed needs analyses within their areas
- developed goals and objectives
- eventually made recommendations for assessments and scope and sequence of content
A Student Advisory Group and Community Advisory Group were also consulted periodically throughout the year to gain further input into the plan. By the fall of 2021, core groups formed to make decisions for the larger working groups and the final schema was developed.
