The Student Wellness Committee was established to promote healthy lifestyle choices among medical students while raising awareness about the range of health and wellness services available at UB.
The group hosts lunch lectures that address all aspect of wellness, including nutrition, finances, relationships, sleep and exercise. Among the committee's annual events are a Wellness Fair and "Art with Heart," a Valentine's Day celebration.
