Professional Summary:

I am a board-certified physician in internal medicine and a primary care doctor for adult patients at ECMC Internal Medicine Clinic. In my clinical practice, I diagnose and treat a comprehensive array of diseases, as well as focus on preventive care and screening. My clinical interests include women’s health and metabolic syndrome. I especially enjoy caring for patients with multiple, complex, chronic conditions. I appreciate the longitudinal nature of primacy care and strive to work in partnership with patients to help them meet their health and wellness goals.

I addition to my clinical practice, I am responsible for supervising, teaching, and mentoring medical students and internal medicine residents at ECMC Internal Medicine Center and Hertel-Elmwood Internal Medicine Center. Most of my work with students and residents is in the clinic where my overarching focus is to help them learn evidence-based medicine, patient-centric care, and to embrace the full scope of internal medicine primary care.
