Learn more about the progressive millennial generation, their work habits, and how to manage this growing workforce. Millennials and those who manage them will gain new insights on what makes this generation different and how to reach their full potential. Millennials will be given the chance to share their experiences and learn tips for how they can be successful in their careers. Frank Ciccia, president of the Illuminare Group and clinical assistant professor at the University at Buffalo, will lead this interactive discussion.
