Take a look at UBIT’s new signs on the ground floor of Norton Hall. Scan the QR codes to schedule an appointment with the UB Tech Squad or get quick links to UBIT webpages with helpful videos and instructions.
If you’re walking through Norton Hall, UBIT’s new signage offers a reminder about UB Tech Squad support and other helpful tech services. Simply scan the code to book an appointment and the Tech Squad will meet you anywhere on campus.
UB Tech Squad can help students with setting up software, using their UBITName accounts, connecting devices to Wi-Fi, or troubleshooting hardware, software, or malware problems.

Want to discover more about UBIT’s services? With a quick QR code scan, you can learn how to connect to eduroam, find device recommendations and discounts, download free software, and find safe computing tips all from the Norton hallway.
Students can also visit the UB Tech Squad at their help desk located on the 3rd floor of Silverman library during their hours, submit a help ticket, email ubithelp@buffalo.edu, or call them at 716-645-3542.
