Connect your Zoom and Outlook calendars

People use Zoom in a study room.

Zoom meetings you create will automatically sync with Outlook, and vice versa.

Managing your busy schedule just got easier.  Now, meetings you create in Zoom can appear automatically in Outlook, and vice versa. See the UBIT website for easy setup instructions:

After you make the change, meetings scheduled in the Zoom web portal or desktop app will sync to your Outlook calendar, and meetings from your Outlook calendar will appear in the Zoom desktop app calendar, even if they don't include a Zoom link.
