How To Change Your Background
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Zoom application window.
- Select the ‘Virtual Background’ option on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the ‘+’ to the right of ‘Choose Virtual Background’.
- Choose the custom image from your computer.
- Open the Zoom App.
- Start your meeting.
- Select the ‘more’ menu on the bottom left side of the screen
- Select ‘Virtual Background.’
- Tap the ‘+’ to add a custom image from your device.
To Change Before You Join:
Click Change Background and then do one of the following:
- To blur your surroundings while remaining in focus, click Blur.
- To use a virtual background, click the one you would like to use.
- To use your own image for the virtual background, tap the + icon.
To Change During a Meeting:
- In your self-view window, click the Video options icon, choose Change Virtual Background, and do one of the following:
-To blur your surroundings while remaining in focus, click Blur.
-To use a default virtual background, click the one you want.
-To use your own image for the virtual background, tap the + icon. - When you're ready for everyone in the meeting to see your background, click Apply. Webex remembers this selection for your next meeting.

How to Download Images
- Select the image you would like to save
- Right click on the image and choose "Save Image As" from the dropdown menu
- Choose the folder where you would like to save the image
- Click Save
