1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Zoom application window.
2. Select the ‘Virtual Background’ option on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on the ‘+’ to the right of ‘Choose Virtual Background’.
4. Choose the custom image from your computer.

1. Open the Zoom App.
2. Start your meeting.
3. Select the ‘more’ menu on the bottom left side of the screen
4. Select ‘Virtual Background.’
5. Tap the ‘+’ to add a custom image from your device.

To Change Before You Join:

Click Change Background and then do one of the following:

• To blur your surroundings while remaining in focus, click Blur.
• To use a virtual background, click the one you would like to use.
• To use your own image for the virtual background, tap the + icon.

To Change During a Meeting:

1. In your self-view window, click the Video options icon, choose Change Virtual Background, and do one of the following:
   -To blur your surroundings while remaining in focus, click Blur.
   -To use a default virtual background, click the one you want.
   -To use your own image for the virtual background, tap the + icon.
2. When you're ready for everyone in the meeting to see your background, click Apply. Webex remembers this selection for your next meeting.
