The Buffalo VA Medical Center provides a wide range of inpatient
and outpatient programs. It is the main referral center for cardiac
surgery, cardiology and comprehensive cancer care for Western New
York and northern Pennsylvania.
This center provides behavioral health care to seriously
emotionally disturbed children and adolescents. Specialists partner
with families throughout the continuum of care, offering inpatient
services and a day treatment program.
With sites in four counties, this center provides inpatient,
outpatient, residential, vocational and wellness services to adults
with serious mental illnesses, helping them resume their lives in
A National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer
