Russo Comments on COVID-19 Antibody Testing

In San Miguel County, Colorado, all 8,000 residents are undergoing a test to determine whether they have COVID-19 antibodies. This test could help researchers and officials determine the best way to respond. “That’s going to have important implications. Is it safe to go back to work? Critically important for our essential personnel, health care providers, firemen, policemen, where they can feel comfortable returning to work,” says Thomas A. Russo, MD, professor of medicine and chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases.
