Dorothy Siaw-Asamoah, PhD
Clinical Assistant Professor, Organization and Human Resources

This workshop will provide opportunities for discussions about the core of cultural diversity.
The aim is to assist participants to focus on adequately understanding self before attempting
to understand others. These productive interactions/conversations will provide opportunities
for approaching interactions with curiosity, wonder and respect. Participants will unpack the
steps of reflecting, connecting, questioning and ultimately shifting mindsets about the core of
cultural diversity.

This workshop series will provide training in Cultural Diversity topics. Workshops are self- contained modules and are free of charge to the Buffalo Translational Consortium. Participants who attend all workshops are eligible to receive a CTSI Certificate of Completion.
