UB offers a robust network of shared research cores and infrastructure that power high-impact discovery and innovation in maternal and child health. These resources were strategically developed to support every stage of the research pipeline, from biospecimen processing and advanced imaging to genomic analysis and clinical trial implementation. Anchored by nationally recognized programs like the Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) , these platforms provide CMHRI investigators with the tools, expertise, and logistical support needed to accelerate discoveries from the bench to the bedside.
