How to Apply
Our rigorous training program is competitive and selective; dozens of physicians apply each year, but we can accept only three.
Submitting Your Application
Apply for our program via the ASSH Online Fellowship Program application process.
We anticipate the online application platform to be available around mid October 15. The deadline for submissions is in December.
Interviews
Interviews for the fellowship are by invitation. Once your application data is complete and reviewed, interview information will be forwarded to the invited candidates.
Eligibility
In preparation for your submission, please be prepared to include the following:
- completed application
- 3-4 letters of recommendation
- educational transcripts (unofficial copies are acceptable)
- copy of any publication in which you have been involved
- current medical license (recommended)
- recent photograph (recommended)
