We provide standard allowances within the requirements of the Residency Review Committee (RRC) and board certification for vacation, sick leave and paid holidays.
We fully support family leave for any trainee welcoming a new family member through birth, fostering or adoption. We also support medical leave if you need to care for a family member with a qualifying serious health condition.
Our program offers residents additional employment benefits such as call rooms at our affiliated hospitals and access to university athletic and library facilities.
