Dr. Wiech worked as a community emergency physician prior to becoming a member of the teaching faculty affiliated with the emergency medicine residency here in Buffalo in 2012.. She served as the Medical Student Director prior to becoming Associate Program Director of the residency in 2017. Her interests lies in the resident education and resident wellness.
