Dr. Strauss, a Western New York native, completed medical school and residency at the University at Buffalo. Upon completion of residency in 2020, where she served as chief resident in her final year, she joined the faculty at UBMD Emergency medicine. Dr. Strauss works clinically in the emergency departments at Buffalo General Medical Center and Erie County Medical Center. She is the Quality Director for the BGMC Emergency Department. Dr. Strauss is also journal club coordinator for the residency program. In her free time she enjoys snowboarding, cheering for the Bills and spending time with her husband and 2 boys.
