The Clinical Pathology Conference provides fellows with experience in correlating clinical with pathologic findings. The fellow reviews the clinical findings and course of the patient, the pathologist reviews the pathologic findings from biopsy with the findings that support the ultimate diagnosis and exclude other findings. The pathologist and fellow then give a brief review of the disease entity from a clinical and pathologic perspective.
