Learning Objectives:
At the end of this presentation, attendees should be able to:
1. Screen and initiate diagnostic workup for liver disease using shared decision-making when deciding who to screen for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
2. Manage the transition of care of patients with decompensated liver disease from the inpatient to the outpatient setting.
3. Understand and utilize appropriate liver disease coding
