There are several travel options available to you when visiting the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Science on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus (BNMC).
Due to limited parking, we encourage you to park at the LaSalle Park-and-Ride Station or the University Park-and-Ride Station and take the rail to and from the Allen-Medical Campus Station. Trains depart weekdays beginning at 5:36 a.m. The last train arrives at the University Station at 12:20 a.m.
The standard fare is $2 each way (cash only). Discounted fares are available to seniors and children.
Many NFTA buses serve the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus directly or indirectly. The NFTA Trip Planner is useful tool for planning the best route to the medical school.
Exit at Goodell Street. Turn right onto Main Street. Our building is on the right, at the intersection of Main and Allen Streets.
Exit at Elm Street and proceed to Goodell Street. Turn left onto Goodell Street and then right onto Main Street. Our building is on the right, at the intersection of Main and Allen Streets.
Take the first exit to I-190 South and exit immediately at Elm Street. Turn left onto Goodell Street and then right onto Main Street. Our building is on the right, at the intersection of Main and Allen Streets.
Take Peace Bridge Plaza to I-190 South. Make left onto Porter Avenue and follow circle to North Street to Main Street. Turn right at Main Street. Our building is on the left, at the intersection of Main and Allen Streets.
The BNMC offers UB faculty, staff, and students discounted monthly rates for many of the park ramps on the medical campus.

Along with the parking lots and ramp, there plenty of metered street parking along the BNMC streets including but limited to Main, Ellicott, Washington, Carlton, and N. Oak streets. There is a mixture of old coin operated as well as the newer smart pay stations that can be controlled by the Buffalo Roam app.
