Your input will help us build and deliver better technology for students like you, trying to learn in-person, online or anywhere between. We hope you'll help us make the student experience better at UB.

All sessions are held virtually on Zoom. The first session is on Thursday, February 9 from 12-1 p.m. The second session is on Tuesday, February 14 from 3-4 p.m. Click the link below to register.

Students tell us

UBIT and University Libraries rely on student feedback to guide how we invest in technology and resources for students. In the past, students have told us how we can improve the Wi-Fi, offer better tech support and communication about new and changing technology at UB.

A student input session yielded the idea for Tech Squad, a student-focused tech support team that meets busy students anywhere on campus.

In the past, students have also provided feedback that led to ultrawide monitors for your laptop in LevelUp, the addition of Adobe Photoshop and other Creative Cloud software in public computing sites and more.

UBIT also reaches out to students for input through its annual Student Experience Survey, regular meetings with student clubs and leadership, and other events.
